Judges of the Provincial Court Superannuation Plan

The Judges of the Provincial Court Superannuation Plan (the Plan) was established under The Provincial Court Act (continued as The Provincial Court Act, 1998)

The Plan is a defined benefit pension plan. The Plan's purpose is to provide members with a lifetime retirement income. Members are Judges of the Provincial Court, including the Chief Judge and the Associate Chief Judge. but does not include a temporary judge. Temporary Judges are not included.

The Plan also provides benefits in the event of death, disability and termination of employment.
