To help ensure prompt delivery of your pension or benefit payments, you may wish to consider Direct Deposit as a convenient electronic service. With Direct Deposit, you can have your pension or benefit cheques (other than Group Life claims) automatically deposited to your bank account at no extra cost. There are no delays due to mail disruptions and no need for you to deposit your cheque in person.

A New Era Begins: Plannera Unveils its newest Strategic Plan

We’re pleased to share that Plannera has launched its newest Strategic Plan for the years 2025 to 2029. This Strategic Plan will be our guide in how we invest our resources over the next five years. With our values as the foundation, we will continue to build Plannera to be member focused, people centered, and results driven.

At the root of everything we do is trust. Trust is the lifeblood of our organization, across our stakeholders: members, employers, board members, and the Government of Saskatchewan.

What is outlined in the plan is how Plannera will continue to earn that trust. This strategic plan outlines four priorities guiding how we will invest our resources over the next five years. Think of this as a “Toward 2030” plan. Those priorities are:

  1. Deliver an Exceptional Member Experience – We are committed to building a member journey that aligns our services, and interactions with what members expect and deserve to drive satisfaction, build loyalty, and strengthen our long-standing reputation.
     
  2. Foster a Dynamic Work Environment – Plannera strives to offer competitive compensation, intentional career growth, and leadership development. We want to be a workplace characterized by professionalism, continuous learning, and inclusion.
     
  3. Balance Business Excellence and Fiscal Stewardship – We will balance improvement with fiscal responsibility by providing innovative, personalized services through secure digital platforms and systems. Guided by our corporate board, we aim to be both progressive and prudent while managing risks.
     
  4. Pursue Thoughtful Growth – Grow in a thoughtful way at a pace that supports long-term success. By leveraging our scale and experience, we will explore growth that builds value for members. We will also remain adaptable to continue delivering value to our members.

These four priorities will guide how we invest corporate resources as we pursue our vision – to provide members with a secure financial future.
