Plannera Announces Future Office Plans
Plannera Pensions and Benefits announced this week that we will continue to operate from downtown Regina but will implement two office locations to enhance services for our members and to support long-term organizational needs.
The decision follows an extensive review and consultation process involving employees, leadership, members, and other key stakeholders. Several options were evaluated to balance cost, functionality, accessibility, safety, and member experience. Maintaining a downtown presence was identified as the best way to support exceptional service delivery while remaining close to members, employers, and industry partners.
Under this approach, Plannera will retain space at its current 1801 Hamilton Street office and develop an additional location at 1901 Scarth Street. The Scarth Street office will feature a Member Service Centre and improved accessibility, while updates to the Hamilton Street office will enhance functionality and collaboration.
Safety, accessibility, and parking were key considerations throughout the process. Both locations are connected through Regina’s indoor walkway system, ensuring convenient access between sites for Plannera employees.
The target completion and move-in date is spring 2027. Plannera will continue to share updates as the project advances.
